The G7 must:

❎Close loopholes for gas and phase out of coal by 2030

💰Shift public money from fossil fuels into clean energy

More empty pledges won’t deliver #ClimateJustice for vulnerable communities when we’re further off track from the fairer #1.5°C future.

It isn’t enough for the G7 to repeat the overdue $100 billion #ClimateFinance promise & existing pledges for #LossAndDamage & #AdaptationFinance.

The lack of real money on the table lets down the frontline communities which have long known the #ClimateCrisis as a reality.
