@elonmusk@DrJBhattacharya Just wish Tesla would make parts faster. Model S in shop waiting 3 months for a $23 fender bracket. Sucks to be paying $840 a month for a car in shop. Guy slammed into my parked S. π’
@JaneCastor I will be forwarding this to all my media contacts as well. People should know that they should think twice before doing business in Hillsborough County.
@JaneCastor This should have been a simple renovation but Hillsborough County has forced us to jump through hoop after hoop.
Is this the kind of story Hillsborough County wants to promote their city?
I will be forwarding this to all my media contacts as well.
@JaneCastor Is the city of hillsborough anti business?
I thought hillsborough wanted businesses to come here?
What message does Hillsborough send when it takes 13 months to renovate a 1,600 square foot restaurant into another restaurant?
@JaneCastor So, I spent the money on what the inspector said we needed and had it installed.
Now the inspector says it?s not good enough and has halted our permit.

So many permit issues!!
@JaneCastor We had our oven working in Channelside for over 12 years with no problems, but now, that same exact oven installed in our new location, the city required me to get a $10,000 ozone support product that we had to order from Sweden.
@JaneCastor So, after being evicted 3+ years ago, we have searched for a new location for our business.
We found a great location and signed our lease in December on 2020.
From Day one, we have encountered issues in our permits.
@JaneCastor All of the tenants signed a NDA, but we refused and were given a 30 day notice to vacate. So we have been very vocal about how Vinik and the City had lied to us and broke every promise they made.
@JaneCastor : My name is Rick Drury and I am the owner of Precinct Pizza. We were located in Channelside for over 12 years until Jeff Vinik bought the building, promised to save all the tenants, then strategically evicted everyone, with us being the last tenant evicted on 9/1/2018.
@marcuslemonis How about not letting people into your store that are wearing masks, until they look into the security camera with their mask off first. Put camera by entrance. That Deters 99%
Now that we have the permit in hand and final construction being done, we have a better estimate for the opening date.
If all goes as planned, Wednesday September 1st will be our opening day for Precinct Pizza Ella
