Why? She realised she was drawn to people, growth and leadership, not technical systems. She pivoted into HR, picked up CIPM, an MBA, and never looked back. Self-discovery isn't a one-time event — it's continuous.

When plans shifted last minute, 20+ Cohort 4 members still needed value.
So we adapted. No dead air. No panic. Just adjustment.
