SAVING OUR BIRDS: In Tisai island - Kumi a Shoebill chick was found being attacked by a serval cat and saved it. They dutifully cared for the chic until a team from @ugwildlife supported by @acus_uganda rescued the bird and delivered it to @UWEC_EntebbeZoo for rehabilitation.

Yesterday, we had a splendid evening with the Rotaract Club of UCU Mukono as went birdwatching as part of our conservation awareness movement for birds. We learnt new things about birds and how we can intervene to conserve avian life. The like of @Mopress came through. Kudos!
