I'd have opened a case but the timing is too long because I'm very annoyed with this seller. They were rather cocky and arrogant when I requested a refund on my order. The seller is MoxFlareStudio.

@Etsy @etsystatus They claimed I was harassing them when they were unprofessional and lied and cheated the system, please deal with this or I won't be buying from you further. I want what I requested because this is not fair at all and I was very patient with them about their attitude.

All they had go do was hold the rude seller accountable but they didn't want to but want to reprimand me for what I said to her, and I was provoked. I did not say what i said for no reason which I why it's not harassment. It's accountability. There's a difference.

Well the situation escalated and Etsy failed to deliver. Clearly all that matters to them is their sellers and not their buyers. I wouldn't buy from them if I were you.
