Serverly disappointed in @GooglePlay not honoring their own 2 day return policy, especially when they didn't even tell me they were the ones charging me.

@GooglePlay I laid it out un depth in Your Google Support Inquiry Case ID [9-7374000030613] . Basically @GooglePlay charged me for Disney+ erroneously and won't refund me even though I was charged 09/09 and requested a refund 09/11. This is not honoring your own 2 day policy. I have more2say
