@antdickens @NHSuk Yes the Singapore embassy gave me a code that helped me apply without my middle name. Your best bet is to speak to the embassy of the country your travelling to

@NHSuk I’m trying to fly to Singapore, and my COVID pass not having my middle name has become a huge issue… I have been to my GP changed my first name (which includes my middle name) as told by an operator when I called 119 and this was done 3 weeks ago.
