Applied for my baby’s passport 2 months ago and still haven’t received any update. How long does it usually take and why is police verification for a new born baby so complex. If both parents have valid passports. @passportsevamea @rpomumbai

Worst ever service from @VijaySales @VSSupport_ @HitachiHomes. Ordered an AC from them 2 weeks back, delivered a defective piece and now none of them are ready to take any accountability and replace it. We are tired of calling them both up to take any action.

@Wooden_street pathetic service. We received damaged products, which the company agreed to only to post multiple calls and emails. Now they have taken the products back from us 2 months ago and are sending the new ones or providing us with refund. Utterly disappointing service!

How does this get resolved! I don’t want to transfer the ownership of my SIM card. Given I have an alternate email why can’t a video call to be done to give the SIM card! If banks can do KYC over call why can’t you’ll!

@ViCustomerCare I am in London and trying to get a duplicate SIM! Your customer service on call told me to drop in an email, however ever time my mother visits the store they say I need to be present in person!! Is there no way to help customers outside India??

The store even told me to move my number to postpaid and pay a bill of 700rs for 4 months to get a sim!! Like why!! Why can’t prepaid numbers get duplicate sims if the person can’t make it in person! You have alternate emails for OTP as proof as well to be doubly sure!
