I purchased Nexon from kht motors, Brookefield, Bengaluru in March 25.Repeatedly I am getting problems with the car and I am going to service centre.On purchase of new Nexon on 20.3.25, we have had reverse gear not working and visited kht service on 4.4.25, 27.4.25 and on 2.2.26

@TataMotors_Cars Your on-ground team is kht team and they don't have any role in the refund of 16 lakhs. It is life threatening to use the defective Tata Nexon car which you have given to me.
Repeatedly I am telling you that reverse gear does not work in the car.

@TataMotors_Cars Tata motors is forcing me to use the repaired Nexon. Tata motors should not be inhuman. I just want refund so that I can use for taxi.

@TataMotors_Cars I am forced to hire taxi every time, which is very expensive.There is risky obstruction like elephant or tiger enroute I can't take your nexon with the dct issues and reverse gear issues.

@TataMotors_Cars We went to Tirupati.We are going to Mangalore,bekal fort by taxi car.I take my sister for injection daily. Now using uber daily,twice.Sir,we are using car exorbitantly,so bythe time the court decides,it will be 6-8 months,So all the above activities from my side will cost you lot
