@paytmbankcare@Paytmcare Hi, I'd already contacted SBI and conveyed their point to Paytm agent on 5th Jan. I got a response that once I'll provide proof of failed transaction at Merchant side, Paytm will refund. Since both transaction shows successful at Paytm side only 1/2

@paytmbankcare You need to manage customer transactions and ensure that customer get his money back for any failed transactions when customer is using your gateway/services. I request you to first refund the amount immediately and then you deal with banks separately.
@paytmbankcare Now even Paytm has been unsuccessful in getting response from merchant's Punjab National Bank then how can you expect that I get response from SBI.
@paytmbankcare Why I would take this pain to chase bank? Otherwise what is the point of using Paytm services if they can't take responsibility for any transaction issue through their platform. This is totally unacceptable.
@paytmbankcare I already asked bank people and they say they can't do anything and it is Paytm that need to deal with your problem. I totally agree with them. When I am using your Paytm platform for the transaction then you are accountable to manage this transaction without any issue. 2/4
