@HowardHughesCo Next room to the right had a dog which barked loudly and continuously, while the resort does allow pets to stay, owners should take care of them. Tried to get through to the front desk numerous times but no one would pick up - again, extremely disorganized.

Room was okay, toilet was running the whole time - again due to plumbing, they had a leak on the floor above and had the dehumidifiers out (4000 building). The AC/heat did not work properly and the unit was extremely loud.

@HowardHughesCo Check-in was disorganized, we had two rooms booked, promised that both would be together, but at check-in they said it was not possible due to a building being down due to the storm (this trip was planned after the winter storm, so they should have let us know
