A few minutes ago, Stepanakert was shelled by Azerbaijani forces. Artsrun Hovhannisyan/MoD says there is extensive damage to civilian infrastructure, wounded. Artak Beglaryan, Artsakh’s Ombudsman tweeted that this is the heaviest strike on Stepanakert so far.

According to MoD Spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan, there is artillery fire along the entire length of the frontline. During the night, two Azerbaijani drones were shot down in Stepanakert, Artsakh.
