@cromaretail Croma customer care is a joke, I purchased a fridge & a Croma branded AC. The AC had a manufacturing defect & it not being replaced. The refrigerator installation was never scheduled. I have tried calling Croma 100s of times but they just keep trolling. 0 work ethics

@cromaretail installation, I have officially lodged a formal grievance with the National Consumer Helpline. My docket number for this complaint is 9183322.

I still expect an immediate resolution to these issues, including the replacement or refund for the defective AC and the completion 2/2
