India has launched #OperationSindoor, a precise and restrained response to the barbaric #PahalgamTerrorAttack that claimed 26 lives, including one Nepali citizen. Focused strikes were carried out on nine #terrorist infrastructure sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, targeting the roots of cross-border terror planning. Importantly, no Pakistani military facilities were hit, reflecting India’s calibrated and non-escalatory approach. This operation underscores India’s resolve to hold perpetrators accountable while avoiding unnecessary provocation. A detailed briefing on the operation will follow later today.

Displaying the resolve of steel, " Black Charger Eagles" undertook a 24 hrs continuous engine changing excercise wherein engines of one T-90, One T-72 and One BMP  were changed overnight.

Braving cold temperatures, rains and  poor visibility, the team not only validated it's "Combat Force Regeneration" capability but also reaffirmed technical prowess.

The first day of the seminar featured insightful presentations from distinguished speakers, including Dr. Kamlesh Singh, Professor of Psychology at IIT Delhi; Dr. Nidhi Maheshwari, Scientist at DIPR; Maj Gen V Hariharan, ADG D&V; Dr. Rajinder Sokhi, Psychologist; Lt Col Ankur Sabrawal (Retd), Psychologist at DIPR and Dr. Kalpana, Psychologist.

The seminar addressed key spheres such as Physical Fitness, Psychological Resilience, Emotional Well-being and Spiritual Awakening.
