#Allcargo Logistics
My base case for Q2:
Revenue ₹580–620 cr (roughly +8% to +14% QoQ, +12% to +18% YoY)
EBITDA ₹78–90 crore if yields hold & peak costs do not eat the extra volume
PAT ₹18–28 cr
Q2 does not need to be spectacular. It needs to prove Q1 was not a one-off.
@shagrath257 I too expect the stock to trade above 2000. Before the result the stock was trading roughly 11x of FY 26 and after the Q1 result the stock is stuck at 6 to 8x of TTM. Let's see how Q2 performs and see what multiple market is willing to give 🤞
After a strong quarter by #uflex , management guidance for FY 27 and possible commissioning of Egypt plant and geopolitical tensions doesn't align properly.
Here are my number I would use for Q2
Revenue: ₹5,150 Cr
EBITDA: ₹750 Cr (~14.6% margin)
PAT: ₹190 Cr
EPS: ₹26
@MoneyMa85630190@shagrath257 Even if they reduce, I don't think it will be enough because my guess is by the time debt reduced to 3x or lesser, they might start capex for packaging of electronic items. In a way it is good also but having debt in control on taking ROE higher than the hurdle rate will be good
@shagrath257 My FY 27 estimate is coming around 118 to 120 EPS. And if strait of Hormuz get its normal functioning back with lower oil price, I believe the raw material cost will come down faster than the price which should push the FY 27 EPS towards 140 to 180. Issue is management guidance

@FltLtAnoopVerma She not only used very abusing language for our PM but also dragged another head of state into it. A female disrespecting another female in public without a fear, is the worst thing we should allow. Normalization of abusive language for females and leaders is been attempted
@cecild84 The only person who makes some sense and has earned respect is Marco Rubio. There might be something which you might be missing at this point. Give it a second thought. Freebies are very bad long term. Some states in India have done it and now everyone has to pay the price
