@TPWesternOdisha The question is not restoration of power but frequent power outage. Why so many times the fuses are blown out, is the overload relay correctly set, how much drawn power vs.contracted power and so on. Unless these are analysed and corrective action taken, consumer will suffer.

@tpwodl An SD should not be planned more than 5 hours at a stretch, to allow for continuous power supply through home inverters. More than 5 hours, you are taking your customers granted.
