When a client walks in and claims having difficulty of a product that he or she purchased from you! You are supposed to address the issues and solve it! And not claim it is as bad choice of the buyer or blame them if they have sensitivity toward your product @TanishqJewelry

The store manager Mr. Selvam claims that as the chain is thick and flat the design will sometimes cause rashes on particular skin type. I agreed and asked for a change of the design! But then he says he cannot do that! This is totally unacceptable! @TanishqJewelry

Had this terrible incident at tanishq @TanishqJewelry I has purchased a gold chain 5 months back apparently it started creating rashes on the skin for me and when it became unbearable I had visited a Chennai store in santhospuram to understand why this would happen!
