I strongly condemn the heinous attack at Loibol Khullen, Kangpokpi District, which claimed the lives of three innocent civilians. Such cowardly acts against unarmed civilians are unacceptable. I have directed security agencies to swiftly apprehend those responsible and strengthen security in vulnerable areas. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.

I also deeply mourn the loss of Havildar Kh. Suresh Singh of the 4th IRB, who was killed while on duty. I commend Thoubal District Police for the prompt arrest of the main accused and extend my sincere condolences to his family.
