Studies have shown that creating art decreases levels of anxiety, lowers blood pressure and increases feelings of security and well-being. It heightens the feelings of love and happiness. Here, at #PremierArtsCollective we've developed 12 programs meant to help!

When people experience trauma in their lives, the process of healing and recovery can be complicated. Often, the pain from the memories and scars is too difficult to be spoken or even written. Self-expression through the arts and music helps to heal wounds and pave paths! #PAC

There is power in the arts and music—power to inspire, to connect, to restore. Individuals and communities affected by trauma and abuse can experience this truth. Our mission is to bring it to them.

Let’s say life is like a kaleidoscope. In the right frame of mind its inspiring and beautiful, in the wrong frame of mind its confusing and frightening. Nonetheless, it’s the same thing. How you look through it determines the journey. See the possibilities.

I don’t think a man who fears God is a joke. As a follower of Christ this was simply hard to listen to. I think @Mc_Driver does a lot for the Kingdom of God
