& never got anyone to answer.

When I stopped by to complain, I was told “it was no one’s fault”. The manager never came to talk to me, but refused to replace without a receipt!

@GE_Appliances I bought a new Lennar home with brand new GE Appliances in May. GE Repair Tech came out couple times and said all working properly if use Bulky setting but washer does not drain so clothes soaking wet; Dryer does not dry and will not shut off automatically. Help!

@SteveHarney @wcvarones I have several clients who have sold their previous home with 3% mortgages and bought replacement homes with 6% mortgages because they found a new home that fits their current needs and goals better… they will refinance at the first opportunity when mortgage rates calm down!

I encourage friends & family, especially young ones, to buy their first home as soon as possible! Why pay rent to build wealth for the landlord when you can own your home & build wealth for yourself thru home appreciation! Don’t forget about tax advantages of home ownership too
