I don't do vendor shoutouts often, but
@PremiumInboxes deserves this one. We've been with them for years. We have nearly 5,000 active mailboxes across Google and Microsoft. At this point, they're not a vendor — they're a core part of our business.
Their accounts consistently give us the best reply rates compared to every provider we've tested, and the level of service they provide is something nobody can compete with. Orders warming within hours. Every detail in your notes accounted for. Support tickets fixed in minutes.
The only issues we've ever had are when my team places an order wrong — and they fix it on the spot.
Their founder Richard built something special. You can tell he cares about the product and the people using it. Their API is also incredible — we're automating our entire infrastructure buildout through it now.
If you're running cold email and tired of trying to figure out how to manage your accounts, can't recommend them enough.
stop overcomplicating cold email
you not a enterprise business that needs multiple tools to scale
you just need 6-7 tools max
apollo+apify / web scraper(serper) / local leads (D7 and Outscraper): base data
premium inboxes or scaledmail for inboxes
emailbison or plusvibe for sequencing
clay (includes waterfall enrichment) or millionverifier for verification
hubspot or attio for crm (outboundsync to update leads)
calendly or cal for scheduling
simple as that
If you think cold email is dead you're using the wrong tools.
Here are my 6 top picks after booking 1000 calls:
1. Premium Inboxes for infrastructure
Set up unlimited sender accounts within 24 hours without technical issues.
2. Apollo or Sales Navigator for prospecting
Build a list of 1000s of ideal prospects in an afternoon.
3. Clay for signals and special prospecting
Finds data that other tools can't so you'll stand out and book more meetings.
4. Prospeo for enriching contact details
Finds more emails and phone numbers without breaking the bank.
5. CSVgo for lead list cleanup & verification
Cleans, verifies, and identifies email providers in one go so you don't need to jump between sheets and tools.
6. Smartlead for sending & inbox management
Makes scaling campaigns easy and keeps you out of spam.
Try this stack and watch your reply rates rise.

Been running cold email for 4 yrs
started with inbox provider that used non-US IPs and deliverability was trash
Premium Inboxes has the smoothest setup I’ve used, and it just works
US IPs, inboxes ready in <12 hours and great support

DNS records are like relationships:
One small misconfiguration ruins everything.
Your SPF record has a typo - all emails bounce.
Your DKIM breaks - straight to spam.
Your MX record points nowhere…
Emails disappear completely lol
I spent 2 hours yesterday fixing a single character error.
New client’s DNS setup had one missing semicolon from their own internal setup bruh
Cost them 10,000 bounced emails.
The difference between success and failure is attention to detail.
At least DNS errors are fixable.
Unlike some relationship problems…
Client got a "not interested" reply.
Most people delete it and move on.
They replied:
"No worries! Quick question:
what would need to change about our approach for it to be relevant?"
Got a 3-paragraph response explaining their exact needs.
Booked a call the next week.
"No" often means "not like this" or "not right now."
Rarely means "never ask me anything again."
Your follow-up to rejection might be more valuable than your original pitch.
Keep that in mind.
If Google could talk:
“Hey man, I noticed you just bought this domain…
…sent 400 emails in one day…
…with the sender name ‘Steve CEO Founder’
…but Steve stopped using his email 5 years ago…
Could you help me understand?
Until your reply, let me put you on hold”
"Thank you for the fastest support I've ever experienced."
Got this message at 11:47 pm last night.
Client's campaign was broken and their rev was on the line.
Panic mode activated lol
Fixed in 23 minutes.
It’s simple math tbh
Support speed = customer speed = revenue speed.
Slow support creates slow customers.
Slow customers miss opportunities.
We don't do "business hours" when deals are on the line.
When did support last move as fast as your business needs?
Built Premium Inboxes because I was tired of waiting.
Waiting for inbox setups.
Waiting for DNS configurations.
Waiting for providers to "get back to me."
Waiting kills momentum.
Fucking sucks when you move fast but others don’t.
Momentum kills deals.
So I built the opposite:
→ 12-hour inbox delivery
→ Same-day in your sequencer
→ Instant response times
Not because we're impatient.
Because our clients can't afford to wait.
What are you still waiting for in your business?
Cold email doesn’t scale if your math is broken.
Let’s do some basic numbers:
→ You send 1,000 emails/week
→ At 60% open and 3% reply = 18 replies
→ If 25% are positive = 4–5 potential calls
→ If you close at 25% = 1 new deal/week
but now:
→ Bounce rate spikes to 8%
→ Inbox lands in spam
→ Open rate drops to 20%
→ Replies follow
and suddenly your $4,000/month “lead system”
is just a subscription to anxiety
What broke?
Not the offer.
Not the list.
The math stopped working
because the infrastructure collapsed.
So if your numbers are falling start here:
→ Test inbox placement daily
→ Verify every lead before it sends
→ Set sending limits per inbox (not per campaign)
Want to scale cold email?
Fix the math first.
Because if your system breaks under pressure,
you’re not scaling, you’re just speeding up the crash.
