These are photos of vicious injury (and of the stitches) inflicted on a Pole by a Warsaw-based, Zimbabwean DJ with a beer glass to the back of the head in a bar in Lublin. The assault resulted in a spinal cord injury.

The Zimbabwean citizen who was drunk during the assault has not only not been arrested, will not face charges and will not be deported from Poland according to Polish authorities.

Several conservative Members of Parliament, including @Michal_Moskal, have taken up the matter and are investigating why the authorities have not reacted more firmly.
