This is the photo of the #MullaperiyarDam side almost 7 years ago.

It was taken when water level was almost 120 feet. Now water level is 136 feet. 🥺
And there is no maintenance done in these time period.

This dam has a lifetime of 50yrs a/c to the engineers and its been 125yrs since it was built. About 3/4 of the population of Kerala will be vanished if the dam collapses.
