@EmmaE_31 Hi Emma, as long as you have followed the instructions you should experience any issue with your pot.

We advised to eel the lid halfway & Pour boiling water up to the fill line. Stir and pop the lid back over to cook. Leave for 5 minutes. Then enjoy.
