@nialldumigan Hi Niall, thank you for your feedback. I'm afraid we do have to put a strong seal on our meals as in the past, when we have used a different type of film, it has caused a lot of split/damage to our meals whilst in transit. Apologies for any inconvenience!

@fuckyeahrobpttz Hello Aredhel, I'm sorry to hear that your box hasn't been left in its safe place. We have no control over individual drivers but 99% they follow the instructions correctly. We would advise to download the DPD app and update preferences, drivers are more responsive to this!

@lukeredpath Hi Luke, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused regarding the seal. Last year we upgraded our sealing machine to a stronger seal, as unfortunately DPD can be a little heavy handed with our boxes sometimes and we really wanted to ensure that the meals would not split in transit
@lukeredpath Hi Luke, apologies for the delay, we have a new team that now look after Twitter for us. DPD are the only courier that offer fresh food deliveries in the UK and 99% of the time are great, can you let us know what the issue has been please?
