In THREE WEEKS, our students will take the stage for their final performance of the school year! The Prep Theatre Program is set to bring the world’s longest running musical back to the H. David Bowes Auditorium with their performance of "Les Misérables: School Edition!"
Congratulations to Prep senior Davin Friedman. He has accepted a preferred walk-on slot with @Pitt_FB to play quarterback next season. Friedman was a 2-year starter at the position for the Ramblers, throwing for nearly 1400 yards and 10 touchdowns this past season.
'I chose Pitt because it is an amazing opportunity. As soon as I stepped on campus it felt like home. Pitt has a legendary culture and is a great fit for me academically, athletically, and spiritually. I know that Coach Narduzzi and Coach Bell will push and develop me everyday.'
'I’ve been blessed to be part of the brotherhood at Prep. I’ve built relationships I will have the rest of my life. I’m grateful to have played for Coach Mischler. He has not only developed me athletically and spiritually at Prep, but also pushed me to be a stronger leader.'
Coach Mischler: 'Davin possesses an incredibly strong arm and can make all the throws required of a quarterback. I’ve seen very few high school QBs with an arm as electric as his. Most importantly, he is an outstanding young man who has the tools to have a great college career.'
After a great visit and amazing conversations with Coach Narduzzi and Coach Bell I am extremely blessed to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at the University of Pittsburgh!🔵🟡 I would like to thank my family, friends, and coaches for all the support and effort to help get me here. I would also like to thank God for guiding me through this process and leading me to make this decision #Committed #H2P #AGTG

Congratulations to Prep senior Max Spaulding. He has committed to play football next season on scholarship at @SRURockFB Spaulding was a two-year varsity starter on both lines for the Ramblers. He projects as an offensive lineman at the next level.
'When it came to picking a college, it was an easy decision for a lot of the same reasons that I chose Prep. Slippery Rock has excelled in football and academics for a long time.'
'Prep has always been excellent in academics and athletics. These past four years have been the greatest times of my life. I'm extremely thankful to the entire Prep community for that. Coach Mischler played a huge role in my success making me a better student, athlete, and man.'
Coach Mischler: 'Max had an incredible year anchoring our lines. He did this willingly to help the team. I strongly believe that he has the character, desire, love of the game, size, frame, intelligence, work ethic, and athleticism to have a great career at Slippery Rock.'
Nobody can make you be disciplined.
Nobody can make you be positive.
Nobody can make you get healthy.
Nobody can make you be resilient.
Nobody can make you get better.
Nobody can do the work for you.
It's up to you. Take ownership.
COACHES: Your job is not to mess with your player's heads to make them tough. Your job is to love them and speak life into them to make them strong.

Least amount of recruiting traffic I have seen in 27 years of HS Football. Hope it changes after the portal deadline, but this is not good for HS Players or Coaches.
