The #BC River Forecast Centre has issued a Flood Watch for:
• Upper Columbia area including #Revelstoke & #GoldenBC,
• West Kootenay including tributaries around Trout Lake, Lardeau River, #Kaslo, #Nakusp, #NelsonBC, & surrounding areas,
• East Kootenay including tributaries around Fairmont Hotsprings, #Elkford, #KimberleyBC & surrounding areas.
A High Streamflow Advisory has been issued for:
• Upper Fraser – East, including the Fraser River & tributaries from #PrinceGeorge to #McBride & Red Pass,
• North & South Thompson Rivers, including tributaries around #ClearwaterBC, Blue River, Malakwa, #Sicamous & surrounding areas,
• Boundary including headwater tributaries on the Granby River & surrounding areas.
Stay clear of fast-flowing rivers & potentially unstable riverbanks.
