Russia’s refinery in Kstovo has completely suspended processing following the August 26 Ukrainian drone attack, according to Reuters.

The strike damaged several processing units and it is not yet known how long repairs will take. NORSI is Russia’s fourth-largest refinery and second-largest gasoline producer.
