@ABCNews has released the rules for the upcoming first-ever presidential debate between @KamalaHarris and @realDonaldTrump, which will air live on ABC on September 10th. Both campaigns have accepted the network's debate rules.

- 90-minute format with 2 commercial breaks
-Only the 2 moderators will ask questions
-Coin toss decided Trump gives the final closing statement
-No opening statements, 2-minute closing statements
