@lufthansa just terrible-flight from Singapore delayed so will miss my connection & will be getting home almost 12 hours later than I expected on a ridiculously long flight time with a young daughter. worst thing is that the same thing happened in 2024 - never again!

@RonanConnell @AerLingus @UnitedAirlines @AerLingus we are still waiting for luggage after leaving Manchester uk for Orlando on 28th Dec. Both airlines tell a different story. we think it’s in Chicago but they blame each other on all of the many phone calls. Very frustrating, confusing & disappointing

@RonanConnell @AerLingus Totally agree and very poor service!! 4 trips to airport, more phone calls than I can even think about and shopping for emergency clothing - so far think we have wasted 2 days of our holiday and @AerLingus don’t seem to care that our luggage has gone missing!!!

@British_Airways absolute shambles with BA today - flight delayed from Manchester to Heathrow so most people missed connecting flights and now been in a queue for over an hour at customer services to sort but it’s not moving!!!!
