You can’t imagine the anger, frustration & pure sadness I felt waiting to get my 70-year-old mother a @Delta wheelchair. I ensured her ease. Now I’m carrying all her bags so we can walk through all security check points & the entire airport to get to our gate to make up for it.
Dear @Delta - just had the most EMBARRASSING experience at SDO with my mom. Not only did it take 40m to have a chair assigned, she was questioned by multiple employees as to her need and left to wait as they desired. Pls lmk if this is how you treat elderly people as a standard
