I always try to smile. 1 b/c being anything but happy can feel awful. 2 No matter how bad of a day I've had there is always someone whos day has been worse. That person may be the next person I see, or you. So I keep smiling b/c I don't want to add to negativity in anyone's life

I hope everyone has stayed safe these last few days. I myself finally dug my way out. A special thank you to all of the plow/salt truck drivers, police, firefighters, ambulance drivers and all of the others for being there when we need them! Keep warm, keep safe.

I was fortunate enough to be able to catch up with an old friend last night and spent a lot of time talking about politics.

It opened my eyes to some weaknesses of mine, as well as some strengths.

It was a great experience and definitely gave me motivation moving forward.
