Monty and I will be attending The Grand opening of C.B.S. Stages Canada on Matheson Blvd later today. This studio is a clean modern facility for our members and others to work in.

I am happy to be able to inform this membership that we have installed 4 A.E.D. Machines at Century Studios in Mississauga. Three are located at the studio and one is located at the carpenter shop on Millcreek Rd. Thanks to Brian Lumley for doing the installation.

I.A.T.S.E. Shatters Food Banks Canada Fundraiser for 5th Year. Twenty participating I.A.T.S.E Locals donated over $103.000 to the campaign bringing the five year total to over 1.25 million dollars. Local 873 had the most donations of any Local. Congratulations.

Attended the inaugural Caftcad Costume Awards presentations last night at the Aga Khan Museum. Fantastic awards show and was proud to attend this event celebrating achievements in Costume work performed by Canadians.

The motion picture report was just delivered at the IATSE general board meeting. The outlook for high production levels across North America are expected to continue for 2019. Netflix is expected to continue with their record breaking production levels.
