Make no mistake the ulterior motive for such a tribunal is likely to be that Charlotte furthers women's rights.
This is not something the old boys club is comfortable with.
This tribunal should be dropped, and @DrProudman deserves an apology for how they have treated her.

It’s great that this is being addressed. But it’s not a loophole. It’s policy in the “family justice” system to prioritise fatherhood at the expense of the safety and independence of children and their mothers (or fathers in cases where the mother is abusive).
This has been transplanted into policy in organisations like @MyCafcass and social services departments through @csjthinktank. @SamanthaJCallan has also been integrating these policies into @DWPgovuk, education and healthcare through Family Hubs.
This means that from conception SS have your data and can remove your child on “future risk of harm” if you fail to split from your abusive partner, or if you try to split from them and protect your child from them: the “family court” Catch-22.
It’s vital to understand these policy measures because they have been quietly undermining the law and shaping culture in numerous areas of public service. They will continue to do so unless they are rooted out and staff urgently instructed to change their practice.
They will also continue unless judges and public officials are subject to public scrutiny and sanctions for malpractice.
Please help us publicise this, and @SamanthaJCallan please let us know how you intend to redress the harms caused by these policies and stop this happening. There are many mothers and children who urgently need reuniting and compensating for injuries and losses.

Kate Kniveton MP has called on the government to pass a law introducing a presumption of no contact between a child and their abusive parent. The presumption has eroded all parts of the family justice system, we need change!

VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN DECLARED A NATIONAL THREAT: Reem Alsalem, UN Special Rapporteur, releases preliminary findings:
"institutional violence perpetuated against mothers and children in family courts and the colossal failure of justice continue to be of grave concern," and, "it is important that the UK moves to urgently and swiftly prohibit the use of parental alienation and related pseudo-science concepts"
https://t.co/9YTdQv2dYl
"Parental alienation" is not a term found in any diagnostic manual; nonetheless, it is used routinely in the family courts. The theory is used to silence claims of domestic abuse and shift focus away from the perpetrator as the abuser to the victim(s) as the source of the problem
A system that minimises reports of domestic abuse due to allegations of so-called "parental alienation" is a system that is unfit to safeguard children!
Would you see this behaviour as abusive or controlling?
Some actions by a controlling partner can be seen as normal or expected in a relationship. Some could even be interpreted as a kind behaviour- it all depends on context.

Since my little interview with @SophyRidgeSky I’ve had a lot of emails from victims and survivors and…also found a cousin!!
Not only has the interview reached some of the most vulnerable people in society but it’s generated interest from other countries for the opportunity for further interviews. Also, I have received a donation to SUTDA my small C.I.C from a gentleman in Germany 🇩🇪
#happydays #grateful
