2 button teams of each season will be relegated to Div2.

Our Cricket Leagues Pathway currently starts at Div4 in District Cricket Associations Leagues but in the near future, it will start at the Div6 in the neighbourhoods.

And from Division II, two 2 teams of the Second national senior league will be promoted to Division I National Senior League (the Burundi Cricket Premier League).

As for the 2 button trams, they will be relegated to Div3 in their respective home Provincial Cricket Association.

Normally, the champion qualifies to participate in the Challenge Inter-Provincial Tournament (First Lady's Cup) - to be launched.

The Champion and Run-up of the First Lady's Cup will get promoted to the Division II National Senior League.
