@Vodacom, poor service ethics at branch level. Been to your mall of the South store >5 times. Phone still not working 3 weeks later. Store manager Thulani promised to call me but nothing. He gave me a store WhatsApp number but no response. Called store >4 times, no answer.

@Vodacom pls be serious. Phone lost, done 2 sim swaps already but new phone still shows no signal. Went to Mall of South Vodacom. Service very bad. Told incident logged but I must come back after 2 days for feedback. They refused to call me with feedback.
@Radio702 Event poorly organised. Park&Ride before 08h00 but only arrived at the venue 3 hours later (after 11h00). Traffic jam everywhere with no traffic officers to control traffic. It was a mess. Worse part, you walk for 8km but get the same medal as someone who walked 3 km.
@JHBWater Can you please do the right thing and fix the overflow sewerage in corner Takilani st & Kokwane st, Zone 6 Diepkloof. Overflowing for 2 weeks and unhygienic. Your team keeps on unblocking but not fixing the cause as it overflows again same day. Ref 8006023177
@TelkomZA Whats going on with your sales dept. Logged an application on monday. Was told delivery will take place before the 17July. Followed up with Sales department on 10213 and spoke to Miranda Munusamy who could not assist and refused to escalate. Can I please be assisted?
@Vodacom Review your branch pay model. I applied for a package online with no response. Went to Mall of the south to query. They can’t help because it’s online. Restart new application @ branch. It’s not 30 days later. No help, branch consultants lazy.
@MTNza The MTN Fraud Department is none existent. You get given a reference number and that is the end of it. They dont respond to emails. You can send as many follow ups, however ignorance is the name of the game.
