One day, a student would assume the role of a teacher. Then he would understand better that it takes far more than knowledge and certificate to be a super and celebrated teacher.

"The day God will bless you is not the day you worship in the biggest cathedral nor shook hands with the bishop, it will come like your usual days, In simple terms, you don't have the time table of the day of your turn around".
When the Alaafin places a title on your shoulders, he also places duty there. For ST, the title Okanlomo marks the beginning of a lifelong responsibility to uplift and represent the Yoruba people with honour.

6 direct employments and 11 Million naira for selected trainees …
I spent the last one month working with the National Automotive Design and Development Council @NADDCouncil to deliver on youth initiatives in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The first set of trainees were a group of 50 young technicians, who were trained and equipped by DAG Bajaj, a leading automobile company. Another set of 50 young technicians were trained by the NADDC in CNG conversion and retrofitting of vehicles for CNG compatibility.
The trainings concluded at the DRIVING THE FUTURE conference where 6 distinguished trainees received direct employment from Weeldrop Petroleum Company and a donation 11 Million Naira was made by Mr Taiwo Shittu, MD of Lanre Shittu motors and Mr Tobi Ajayi, Chairman of Nord Motors.
My sincere appreciation goes to the Director General of the NADDC Mr Joseph Osanipin, whose partnership with our office has greatly increased the development of the youth ecosystem, in the area of automotive technology and local content manufacturing.
If you win election with the flag of a political party, you should lose the seat once you decamp. That’s one of the things we should push for in our electoral system
Dear Governors @jidesanwoolu, @seyimakinde, @DapoAbiodunCON, @LuckyAiyedatiwa, @biodunaoyebanji and @AAdeleke_01, difficult times call for difficult measures. We are at war. And we are being encircled by terrorists.
Sirs, Yorubaland needs you to stand up and be as firm and fierce like late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu was on insecurity.
We need you to call a meeting urgently and release a statement like you did on 10th June 2024 when you openly advocated for certain policies which the majority of us Yorubas supported.
1. Invest more to professionalise and arm Amotekun to the teeth, and get them to defend Yoruba land fiercely.
2. Demand for Full Restructuring and State Policing from the Federal Government immediately.
3. Do more to create jobs and opportunities for the millions of Yoruba youths out there. Invest in agriculture!
4. Open grazing should be a thing of the past across Yorubaland. Enough is enough. Our forests should be combed and protected.
5. Regulate religious preachings and continue to promote tolerance and freedom which we are known for as Omoluabis.
We must never cower in fear or run away from these problems. Please stand up and act! We will support you until the last. We will defend you on every platform. We will stand by you. Please, do right by us so history will remember you for being OMO AKIN!
We say NO to terrorism in Yorubaland!
For as long as the fight against insecurity lingers, it will remain a wide drain duct on our resources, human, financial and material and until its won before we get an economic, social and political breather.
Happy International Men’s Day to the men who wake up every day to fight battles no one sees, carry responsibilities no one talks about, and still finds the strength to stand tall.
To the men struggling to make ends meet. To the men who carry the weight of their families on tired shoulders. To the men who are expected to be strong even when they are breaking inside. To the men who give, sacrifice, protect, provide, and persevere. To the men who keep going, even when the world makes it difficult to be a ‘real man’
This day is for you.
Your suffering does not diminish your worth. Your struggles do not erase your dignity.
May today remind you that being a man is not about perfection, it is about resilience, courage, and the quiet strength you show every single day.
Happy International Men’s Day to every Nigerian man holding it together, even when it is not easy.
If Neolife FHG people are in your school and you know a student that has dropped out because they convinced them, type your school's name under this tweet.
Ọmọ! Students are dropping out daily because they're telling them their schooling is useless.
Early morning food for thought 💭
Basically about the EP Champz dropped on 11:11
Always have the long term mentality, it will help you really well.
I played the long term game with @goatnetwork and I will still do the same on other projects.
Be smart and think ahead…jah bless!
I met a fellow Nigerian at one of the #COP30 side events here in Brazil. During our introductions, she mentioned that she works with a private firm in Lagos. I smiled and told her I have some connections with the tax people also.
Immediately, she said, ‘They said you people will start collecting more taxes from us next year.’ I asked, ‘Who said so?’ but she could not really answer. Clearly, she must have read it from one of those self-styled prophets of misinformation.
I took a few minutes to break things down for her, from the exemptions to the reliefs and every reform aimed at making life easier for taxpayers. By the time I was done, she said, ‘Oh, that’s very nice then.’
I collected her number. I will keep teaching her until she fully understands. I no fit come Brazil in vain.
