Last week after my visit with Pastor @donaldeandrews at Haven Baptist Church in KC, I met this guy face-to-face at the door on my way out. He ran off before I could take the picture. I'm pretty sure he was there to decline the invitation to the church's next potluck. 😀

Gordon Hinckley stated the point that LDS leaders historically made: Mormonism is outside of traditional Christianity. And LDS leaders have insisted that the LDS Church is the one true church on earth. So, classifying them as distinct from traditional Christianity is right.

@SamRainer I show this in the evangelism training workshops I lead in churches most weekends along with our current decline in baptisms to give a picture of where we are. The decline in baptisms and aging congregations I believe is the crisis at our door.

@Not_the_Bee In 2022 while I was in TX on a ministry trip, our home was hit by a F3 tornado - my wife narrowly escaped as it hit our bedroom. I'm so thankful for the #SBC Disaster Relief immediately helping us & our racially diverse area. @60Minutes smearing wonderful DR folk sickens me.

I had a great time this afternoon getting to see the historic WW2 bomber -the B-25 Mitchell- while it was here in our area! I'm a bit of a WW2 history buff so this was really cool to see!
