@KPRC2 I have a power line just dangling on the ground in my back yard. I’ve called CenterPoint 4 times to report this emergency. Just being told “a crew has been assigned” which means absolutely bs. They won’t give a definitive answer or round about as to when you will be back on!!!

@JackBox Again I didn’t say anything. Now it appears he is back at Jack N Box and back to his rudeness. This time I had enough. I’m not in the business of waisting my time nor my energy. AND the 9.00 I lost on food I could not eat last night.

@JackBox This particular clerk has worked at this location before and was rude before and I didn’t report him then. He left and then worked at another local restaurant in my neighborhood which is Subway where i witnessed his rudeness with another customer before.

@JackBox He laughs and tells me “they don’t serve that there” that being rudeness. He also tells me “is he suppose to be scared” about me reporting him to his boss or corporate.

@JackBox I honk my horn several times only to be ignored. I honk I honk I honk and nothing. I finally drive around to the speaker and ask for everyone’s name. He tells me no. I tell him that they are very rude and that I will be reporting them.

@JackBox He then walks off again and then returns and says that the Lead said she’s too busy and that I need to just come back in the morning. Then he slams the window in my face after telling me that there is nothing more he can do for me. Even though my food is not eatable.

@JackBox So I ask the clerk for a manager. He walks off and then comes back and says there isn’t any manager there tonight. I ask who is there that I can speak to. He said we have a Team Lead. I say then let me speak to them.

@JackBox well by that time the cook throws my food into a bag and gives it to the clerk to hand back to me. He gives to me and I check it and he has now DROWNED my fries with cheese. Way way too much. I can’t even eat it.

He takes them from me and in Spanish he says to the cook can he add more cheese. The cook then yells back some curse words in Spanish about me wanting more cheese.

@JackBox I got to the window to pick up my order I opened 1 of my items and it only has a drop of cheese on my fries. I ask the clerk can he have them add more cheese onto my fries.
