@CopaAirlines so now, 6 hours later nobody can help, except to say I meed to pay for an entire new flight! When It was not my fault the ticket agents couldn't find my itinerary and gave me the wrong info #flighttopanama

I call @CopaAirlines customer service after looking up the number myself, and after waiting (high volumn of calls) they tell me my reservation exists but I won't make the flight
