A 5-mile sunset run today for our #milesforrefugees. If you‘d like to make a donation to this important cause you can do so here ❤️ https://t.co/BDNwtPOdw0
Over half way now with my 108 #MilesforRefugees. The Moria refugee camp fire has given me more determination to complete this challenge. I hope our efforts will help the 13,000 refugees who have been left without shelter.@everydayherouk#everythingcounts https://t.co/Is8J1wF4uu
So very sad to hear that the national collection of Dahlia in Cornwall is closing for good at end of September. Can anyone step in and take it over or help them???
I don’t like running. This will be a challenge. We’ve only chosen a short distance, Calais to London, as our goal. I will find it difficult, which makes me realise what a difficult journey many people face. @everydayherouk#everythingcounts https://t.co/Is8J1wF4uu
Aster × frikartii 'Mönch' filling the borders now. This is a long flowering herbaceous perennial giving a huge bang for your buck. Highly recommend. #aster#inmygardentoday
Bramble - a super resource for many pollinators. Also key for birds in autumn? One of the best things you can do for insect conservation is tidy up less outside. Leave some bramble patches. Insects love them. #BeesNeeds
We are opening our eco shop in #Stroud next week.
We will open on Tues 23/6 from 11am to 3.30pm. On Weds 24/6 and Thurs 25 we will be open between 10.30am and 3.30pm. For our initial re-opening, our counter and till will be at the door and will serve you from there.
Secret steps up the bank through the ornamental grass Nassella tenuissima (the plant formerly known as Stipa tenuissima). These were intended for the kids but I love using them too. #gardeningwithkids

These are my twin brother’s beautiful ducks, Meg and Greg. Unfortunately Meg has flown off from Rodborough in the direction of Stroud. My twin and Greg are both very sad. Has anyone seen her? #missingduck#findmeg#stroud#rodborough

As a garden designer I am often told by clients not to include yellow in planting schemes. But yellow is a wonderful colour for the garden. Although the best thing about this Laburnum was seeing all the bees loving it. #gardenersworld
We've got a smorgasbord of floral delights heading your way on #GardenersWorld tonight. Roses, peonies, delphiniums, clematis, iris and dahlias all take centre stage as we look ahead to summer. See you at 9.00pm @BBCTwo after #bbcchelsea 😎🌹🌺 #FridayFeeling#BankHolidayWeekend
I shall be a digital guest the One Show tonight as part of #MyChelseaGarden as the winners are announced.
Also the last of the BBC2 Chelsea retrospective programmes with Joe and I at 8pm and GW is a flower special at 9.00.

Another tall bearded Iris from my collection. I have no idea where it came from so have never known it’s name but I think it could be Iris ‘Jane Phillips’. It’s beautiful scent is more noticeable in the evening. No filter applied as you cannot improve perfection. #iris
I spotted this delicate Aquilegia flowering amongst the clouds of cow parsley at Charlea Community Gardens in Brimscombe this morning. I love pretty wild flowers (you might have guessed already). There is so much beauty to enjoy in the world if you take the time to look for it.
