And while I think he’s right, too often it does just boil down to who can afford to pay legal fees. And very few game companies can.😑

Also, as an HR professional, I recommend taking a copy of your employee handbook to an employment attorney. It sounds like a gold mine. Let your employer know you’ve submitted this and the handbook for review by NLRB, FLSA, etc.
