requesting a manual review of my case regarding my removal from the TikTok Creator Rewards Program.
I believe my previous support requests have been misunderstood. My TikTok account is active and accessible. My issue is not that I cannot log into my account.
My issue is that my account was removed from the Creator Rewards Program, and despite submitting multiple appeals over several months, I have never been provided with a clear explanation for why this decision was made.
Every appeal I submitted was closed with a generic response stating that TikTok could not provide a reason for the decision. More recently, I have received responses stating that my account is active and ready to use, which does not address my actual concern. My concern has always been my removal from the Creator Rewards Program, not access to my TikTok account.
As a result of this removal, I estimate that I have lost approximately Β£10,000 in Creator Rewards earnings. This has had a significant impact on my work as a content creator.
I respectfully request that this case be escalated to a human reviewer who can specifically review my Creator Rewards Program eligibility, rather than my account access.
If my account was removed because of a policy violation, I would appreciate being told which policy was violated so that I can understand the decision. If the removal was made in error, I kindly ask that my eligibility be reviewed and corrected.
I have always tried to comply with TikTok's policies, and I simply want to understand the reason for the decision or have my case properly reviewed.
