Jet bridge at @JFKairport isn’t working tonight. This @Delta employee wasn’t even assigned to our gate but saw that we were still sitting on the plane (almost 1 hour) and stopped to help, find a solution + communicate that to the passengers on board. Can we get a 👏 for this guy?
