God will not come down from heaven to bring an end to bad governance and the senseless killings in Nigeria, you and I will with our voting power next election but the unfortunate thing is that we will forget when the time comes because tribalism has finished us
@tomisin_ms have been having shower with cold water from the shower since last week. He doesn't know that people experience and react to things differently. Every damn year we have this argument. I lived most of my life in the north in Nigeria and UK summer with light can't be compared biko
@UgwunnaEjikem You aren't harsh at all, he needs to be arrested for dangerous driving.
If he ends up killing someone now, he will start crying and rendering silly apology everywhere
Nobody prepared us for how quiet the Japa struggle can be.
Back home, suffering has audience.
Abroad, suffering is private.
In Nigeria, if things are hard, at least someone can gist you.
Abroad, rent is due and your landlord does not care about your feelings or your village people.
You leave Nigeria thinking stress will reduce.
What really changes is the type of stress.
NEPA stress becomes credit score stress.
Family pressure becomes isolation.
You cannot just quit a bad job abroad.
Bills will remind you that motivation is optional, responsibility is not.
Here is the truth nobody likes to say.
Japa does not fix direction problems.
It only rewards people who already have clarity.
If you are abroad and tired, you are not ungrateful.
If you are home and restless, you are not lazy.
Different battles. Same human beings.
While you sleep "peacefully" tonight, know that some people who were innocently doing them were abducted today and they will not have a good night due to torture.
We all should condemn terrorism, it is us against terrorists, political differences and divides aside.
This is has been happening for over 16yrs , different people have led and left, it persists.
Terrorists are evil and should be wiped off the surface of the Earth.
We are looking for Vincent and Odu. Their last known location was Imo state, on their way to Calabar with a vehicle they went to pick up from Lagos.
Any useful information about their whereabouts would be appreciated
