I grew up dirt poor and in a VERY bad area I was shot at 16 and stabbed at 17 and the only thing I knew was fight and anger but the things I wrote above Can truly help you. And I hope coming from someone who has dealt with it you take some of my advice. I'm now a HAPPY full time dad. and wouldn't change it for the world and NEVER do I get Angry or crash out and people think its weird.

Age helps, I use to break monitors, Punch holes, Break my devices and rage. Dealing with the problems as they come can decrease anger in other situations you might blow up on out of what feels like no where. Also don't take all the blame some people things are there to make you mad. REMOVE THEM. A huge thing for me was realizing family members, and relationships i had that would rage bait. But therapy, Anger management will help just don't get down on yourself and think you are the only problem every human has emotions GOOD AND BAD.
