Según los reportes y los videos difundidos, la joven habría sido lanzada sin que estuviera correctamente asegurada a la cuerda de seguridad. Lo más alarmante es que varias personas presentes notaron la irregularidad y la advirtieron en el momento, pero aun así la actividad continuó.
