FVBT held a rally yesterday at the grand opening of the new @culvers in Plano, IL to inform the public that the Culver’s was built by companies that pay their workers less than the area standard of wages established by the FVBT affiliates. @NABTU @ILAFLCIO

Fox Valley Building Trades Council, and affiliated local unions, donated $4950 to @fvunitedway Holiday Assistance Program. $ donated will purchase grocery gift cards for participating families. @NABTU @ILAFLCIO

Earlier this month the FVBT, and many of its affiliates, presented checks totaling $3800 to the @fvunitedway for the Annual Holiday Assistance Program. The money donated will used to provide grocery gift cards to all the families. @NABTU @ILAFLCIO

The 3rd Annual FVBT Apprenticeship Expo was held on 11/9/21. Valees brought in over 450 students from 17 schools who all received information from each trade. This event assisted in bridging the gap between secondary school and apprenticeships. @NABTU @ILAFLCIO

Today the FVBTC, and some of its affiliates, presented checks totaling $3,300 to the Fox Valley United Way for its Holiday Assistance Program. The combined contributions will assist providing grocery gift cards to 119 sponsored families with 386 children @fvunitedway @NABTU
