@narorome @charliekirk11 The estimates were demonstrably false. They were massively inflated. The jury found that to be the case. What you're saying is don't investigate or prosecute because ultimately the banks didn't lose out. The law was by verdict of the court still broken.

@narorome @charliekirk11 If you drive over the speed limit you get prosecuted whether or not anyone gets hurt. The law is there to stop you being reckless and disadvantaging others. He was reckless, he flouted the law and got lucky. The crime is still the same!
