Prible Performance

A Christ-centered organization geared to help athletes of all ages and levels grow in their faith and develop their basketball skills.

[Craig Doty @CoachDoty]

Age does not have to limit you.

You can be a starter and/or key contributor as a freshman.

You can open a business at 25 years old.

You can be CEO of a major company at age 30.

High level decision-making, maturity, & work ethic will help you be “ahead of your time.”

[Brande Ringger @B_StJohn_R]

Nick Saban on the illusion of choice:

“The fact is, if you want to be great, you don’t really have a lot of choices. It takes what it takes.”

A more advanced look at what you can make happen with the Dribble Stick

[Prible Performance @PribleBball]

The Dribble Stick serves as a way to envision a defenders hand in front of you. It’s important to be able to manipulate the ball in different ways.

The RIP Cones help with hand eye coordination and getting your hips down into an attack position.

[Prible Performance @PribleBball]

“One low, One high” is a great two ball drill to work on controlling the basketball. It overloads the mind trying to do two different types of dribble. This helps dribbling with just one ball become second nature.
